This fast-track refurbishment project created a stylish new tea bar for London based speciality tea company, ‘Tea & Glory’. We undertook the alteration and fit-out of a retail unit in Camden within a 12-week period, working closely with our client and their branding team to create its artisan feel and individual charm.
The ground floor and basement level of this retail unit was fitted-out from shell, with new walls, ceilings and partitions created, and new services throughout. A feature spiral staircase was installed, requiring the formation of a 2-metre void through 45cm of reinforced concrete steel for the stair core.
All lights, fixtures and fittings were selected to reflect the distinct character of Tea & Glory, and includes timber cladding to internal walls, a feature artwork wall, and exposed ceiling services. We created bespoke balustrading to the spiral staircase at ground level to match the interior walls.
We delivered the works within programme and budget objectives, providing a high-quality fit-out that reflected the retailer’s brand. Bespoke finishes and design details combine to create a unique experience for discerning customers.
